About

We think it's important to know who you're in business with, so here's a little more about our team, our experience, and our business philosophy.

Courtney Biller

Designer

Courtney's personal Twitter bio currently reads:

“Momma, Graphic Designer, Opera Singer, Geek.”

That does a pretty good job of summing it up. Courtney loves her family, making art in a bunch of different ways, and sci-fi, mostly in that order. She has always had an above average interest in graphic design of all types. Her earliest interest in design began like most children of the 1980s: playing with Microsoft Paint on the family computer. She soon graduated to designing t-shirts, logos, posters and pretty much any project anyone would let her work on. This was, in her mind, just a fun excuse to play with whatever graphic design program was available at the time.

Ever the fixer, if any project in her life needed a website, she was on the case. Courtney grew from having only a rudimentary knowledge of just enough HTML to style a blog post, to being the creative arm of an Austin, TX based start-up. Having spent her time there honing her craft by eating, sleeping, and breathing website design and graphic design, she has now struck out on her own. The importance of truly listening to clients and doing excellent work for them has been a guidepost of her projects ever since.

People who have worked with me describe me as a well-rounded, creative professional. My experience is in web design and graphic design, as well as over 10 years in specialty retail. I pride myself on my ability to think outside the box to create unique and tailor-made experiences for each client, and I don't hesitate to go the extra mile to surprise and delight customers and clients. Design and function are equally important to me, which is why I like to create websites that look good and are easy to use. Having spent most of my professional career determining what customers need based on their individual situations, I find that I have a unique ability to understand and create websites and branding that resonate with my clients and their customers.

Tina Gullion

Content Strategist

Anyone who’s worked with Tina knows her mantra:

“Plan the work, work the plan.”

Those who have followed the mantra know that it is incredibly powerful. Tina is a Content Strategist who delights in helping people, professionals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses bring their business visions to life.

During her years in specialty retail, Tina developed management, organizational, and communication skills. These skills helped her transition smoothly into a Project Management role for an Austin based tech startup company. During that time, she realized her true passion was using her strategic planning skills to compellingly and effectively communicate a brand’s story across multiple platforms.

Tina comes from a long line of successful, creative women. They are artists, business owners, singers, and everything in between. Her creativity lies in finding solutions. Even at a young age, she wanted to figure out how things worked and improve them; dissecting information, finding patterns, and making things work better.

Tina is a problem solver and an avid craft beer fanatic who loves live music and kayaking on the San Marcos river. She loves to travel, but does it for the food!

I have a passion for people. My Dad once told me that I would “never meet a stranger,” and that is the truth. Much like I enjoyed learning how things worked and improving them as a child, that ability has carried into my professional life. Often the muse, I love to brainstorm with and inspire our clients by putting together a plan for success. My understanding of how customers think and behave is a product of my years in retail, but serves me well in my Content Strategist role. Planning promotions, creating engaging marketing elements, and setting businesses up for successful execution is my bread and butter.
